Brendan Hoffman (b. 1980, USA) is a freelance photographer based in Washington, DC. He divides his time between covering news and politics for clients including TIME, the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, and Getty Images, and working on his own personal projects.
In 2011 his coverage of the aftermath of the Haiti earthquake received second place feature story in the White House News Photographers Association contest. As part of a team with the Boston Globe, he is a recipient of a 2011 Dart Award for Excellence in the Coverage of Trauma.
He is a co-founder of the photography collective Prime.
